After decades of empowering young people through intercultural exchange programs, we are expanding our impact to reach even more students than before.

NXTGEN is AFS Egypt’s youth program series designed specifically for teens aged 13–17. Each NextGen program combines hands-on skill building, leadership development, personal growth, and intercultural learning through structured, experiential workshops and activities.
Leaders for Peace is a 3-day leadership and peace camp for youth aged 17–20, building empathy, self-awareness, and peaceful communication through experiential learning that sparks purpose-led action and positive impact.
